Enterprise · Future Leaders

Your AI transformation starts from within.Led by your own people.

The Future AI Leaders Program is an internal accelerator for large organisations. We identify your strongest rising AI talent, train them to genuine mastery through a proven six-level framework, and turn them into the leaders who bring everyone else with them.

The problem

The most expensive line in your budget is the one nobody can explain.

Companies are spending more on AI than ever, and most leadership teams know two uncomfortable truths.

Spend without a clear return

The dashboards show tokens and licences. The board wants to see returns.

AI resistance from within

Fear is driving it: fear for jobs, for craft, for relevance. Much of the workforce doesn't want this to work, and few will say so in the room.

It isn't who you'd expect

Often it's people in their twenties and early thirties, the supposed AI natives, pushing back hardest, because they've been told AI threatens their jobs and creativity.

Peers change minds. Mandates don't.

Another tools rollout won't land. Watching a colleague they respect do their best work with AI will.

The insight

AI adoption is a people problem wearing a technology costume.

Buy the licences, run a webinar, hope adoption follows. I've watched that fail for two years, because adoption was never about the tools.

Super users pull everyone forward

Where returns are real, a small group has moved from using AI to operating with it, and pulls everyone around them forward.

Don't train everyone at once

Find the people with the most potential and the most hunger, and accelerate them first.

Include your sceptics on purpose

The people most afraid of AI are often the ones with the most to gain from leading it.

This is leadership development

AI adoption is leadership development, with an entrepreneurial engine inside it.

The program

An accelerator inside your organisation.

Roughly ninety days. One selected cohort of 12 to 30 rising leaders. Six phases.

01

Diagnose

An AI adoption diagnostic: where the spend goes, who uses what, and where the resistance sits and why.

02

Identify

We find your future AI leaders through nomination and a scorecard, including some of the sceptics.

03

Accelerate

Six weeks on the 6 Cs, our AI Adoption Framework, from a blank chat box to systems that run without them. Reflect, learn, then build something real.

04

Build

Each leader ships a real project: an internal tool, an automated workflow or a live dashboard. Returns your executives can point to.

05

Champion

Your new leaders take it to their teams and have the resistance conversations peer to peer, where they actually land.

06

Scale

We embed the rhythm, measure adoption and return, and prepare the next cohort. Your own engine, not a dependency on us.

Who this is for

Built for organisations where the usual approach has stalled.

If your challenge is that your people have the tools and aren't using them, or don't want to, this was built for you.

Large organisations

Typically 200 people and upwards, where uneven adoption gets expensive.

Significant AI investment already

Licences are in place, but usage is patchy and hard to defend.

Leadership needs a credible return story

Boards want outcomes, not another dashboard of tokens and seats.

Mandates haven't moved the culture

Top-down push has stalled. Peer-led proof is what lands.

Shaped in conversation with banks, PE-backed businesses and enterprises under exactly this pressure.

Ross Power leading an AI workshop

Why us

I've sat on both sides of this.

My career started at Accenture, running an innovation zone and building entrepreneurial capability inside large organisations. Then six years in startups and scale-ups, and eventually founding AI Powered, where I've run cohort after cohort through a structured AI accelerator and delivered programs inside companies internationally.

At Accenture I fell in love with the idea of intrapreneurship. I pushed it hard, and built communities inside the business of people who wanted to start things from within. In the world of AI it matters more than ever. The organisations that win will be the ones that drive innovation from the inside, and create internal entrepreneurs who bring a founder's mindset to the work they already do.

Most AI training comes from people who know the technology but not large organisations, or from consultancies who know the organisation but teach from slides. I'm technical enough to take your best people to the frontier, and I've spent a career learning how real people in real organisations change.

Outcomes

What your organisation gets.

By the end of the first cycle, you leave with capability that compounds.

Certified future AI leaders

A cohort operating at a level fewer than 1% of AI users reach.

Shipped internal projects

Real tools, workflows and dashboards with measurable returns.

A clear diagnostic picture

Adoption, spend and sentiment mapped, with movement you can track.

An internal capability engine

AI capability that compounds, without us in the room.

The resistance story changes too, because it's no longer leadership telling people AI matters. It's their own colleagues showing them what it makes possible.

This is a conversation about whether an internal accelerator is right for your organisation, not a checkout. We start with where you actually are, then design the cohort together.

  1. 01

Share the pressure you're under on AI adoption

  2. 02

We explore whether an internal accelerator fits

  3. 03

If it does, we outline how a cohort would run
